I am the founder of Serenity on the Square, a holistic wellness studio in Liberty, MO. My path to healing began over 25 years ago when meditation helped me break free from stress and overwhelm—and awakened my purpose to help others do the same.​

 

I spent decades mastering a wide range of mind-body-spirit healing practices, including Reiki, Yoga, EFT, Sound and Vibrational Healing, Guided Imagery, Mantra Meditation, and Access Bars Consciousness. Certified as a Reiki Master and Vibrational Therapist since 1999, I also created Visualize U, a life visualization coaching method for personal and professional growth.​

 

Since opening Serenity on the Square in 2008, I’ve helped thousands of individuals return to themselves with intention, clarity, and self-love. My grounded, heart-centered approach continues to inspire deep transformation and lasting healing.
